Tom, a Licensed Insurance Broker, purchased the family business from his father in 1997. Prior to this Insurance and Financial Planning Advisory role, Tom worked as an agent for Manulife Financial and continues to represent Manulife and many other leading financial companies. Tom constantly updates his industry-related skills and is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College's Business Administration Program.

Family ownership has changed and services and products have expanded but one thing remains the same at Henninger Insurance & Financial Services: providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. "The sale is obviously important, but the relationship that you nurture by exceeding client expectations is the driving force behind our successful business," says Tom.
